Just finished a full roof replacement out in Fort Lauderdale for a client right near the Intracoastal, not far from Las Olas Boulevard. The old roof was done — tiles were faded, and some areas just weren’t holding up anymore. We tore everything off, put down new underlayment, and installed concrete tiles all the way through.

You can see in the pictures — we started with a bare roof, just white underlayment, and now the place looks brand new. These concrete tiles are tough. They hold up great in the Florida heat and storms, and they look sharp too. The homeowner picked a nice blended color that really works with the style of homes around the canals and waterfront spots.

We made sure everything was tight — valleys, hips, ridges — no shortcuts here. We stacked the tiles in rows so we could move quick, and kept the jobsite clean the whole time. That’s how we do it.

They were happy with the work, and so were we. That roof is solid now, and it’s going to last them a long time.
